Ideas for a fun and safe holiday.
- Social distancing. Be mindful of your space when hiking or biking trails and enjoying outdoor venues.
- Masks are required. If you have a medical condition requiring an exemption to the rule, call ahead to ask how a site/business will accommodate you.
- Call before you go. Many businesses and restaurants have modified their service plans. As of today, additional North Carolina businesses are opening. In our area, this means Historic Carson House is open and next week Mountain Gateway Museum will re-open.
- Be prepared. Review the North Carolina COVID restrictions listed in our previous blog post. If you have questions, we're happy to help. Call 828-668-4282.
- Bigfoot is lonely! If you see him on the trail or in town, please stop to say hello! The next WNC Bigfoot Festival will be scheduled for September 2021.
- Check out this new, fun, drive-in outdoor concert series happening at Old Fort's Camp Grier. Dates, details, pricing are online. https://www.campgrier.org/copy-of-weekend-camping-passShare on Twitter Share on Facebook
